Public Hearing – Potash Exploration Project

As part of the environmental assessment process applicable in the Province of Mendoza, the Public Hearing for the potash exploration project has been conducted.

The hearing was convened by the Provincial Mining Environmental Authority in accordance with applicable regulations and included participation by registered stakeholders in both in-person and virtual formats.

The Public Hearing serves as an institutional mechanism for public participation, providing an opportunity for public review of the environmental studies submitted. All statements and presentations made during the hearing will be assessed by the competent authority as part of the ongoing administrative review process.

The Company continues to advance its activities using a technical and transparent approach, in full respect of the institutional frameworks established under applicable environmental and mining legislation.
