Chairman, CEO & President
Chris has held senior, multidimensional positions in exploration, land, engineering, operations, and M&A across both the energy and mineral sectors. He has been directly involved in managing and financing large-scale exploration and development projects in Australia, Bolivia, Canada, China, Europe, Papua New Guinea, the UK, and the USA.
Konstantin Lichtenwald CPA, CGA
CFO & Director
Konstantin has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience including corporate compliance, accounting, financial management and initial public offerings. He has lived and worked in multiple jurisdictions, including Germany, Australia, and Canada. He is a director of a number of publicly listed companies in Canada.
Octavio Palma
Operations Director
Octavio was the assistant secretary for mining for the province of Buenos Aires. He has an extensive understanding of mineral leasing, mine permitting, and environmental compliance as it relates to both provincial and central government policy and legal practices throughout Argentina. He has worked on resource plays throughout Argentina.
Tony Kelly JD, LLB, MBA
Non-Executive Director
Tony has over 40 years of experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance across Australia, Europe, and North America. He began his investment banking career at Morgan Stanley in New York and subsequently held senior roles at MAST Global, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Barclays de Zoete Wedd, where he served as Head of Global M&A.
Mark Linder

Mark is an infrastructure marketer and co-founder of Amöl Projects, a Nordic positioning and go-to-market firm based in Helsinki and Tallinn. He has a strong background in investor and stakeholder engagement across resource sectors, including natural gas, heavy oil, mineral processing technology, and biofuels.
