Public Hearing Announcement for the Potasio CanCambria Mining Project in Malargüe, Mendoza

Argentina Potash, together with its subsidiary CanCambria Exploración S.A., informs the community that the Provincial Mining Environmental Authority of Mendoza has convened a Public Hearing as part of the environmental assessment process for the Potasio CanCambria Mining Project, located in the Department of Malargüe, Province of Mendoza.
The call is issued through Joint Resolution No. 482/25 of the Directorate of Mining and No. 106/25 of the Directorate of Environmental Management and Oversight, and aims to submit for public consideration the Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) corresponding to four potash salt prospecting projects that form part of the overall project:
CCMK1 Mining Claim
CCMK2 Mining Claim
CCMK3 Mining Claim
CCMK4 Mining Claim
All of these projects are registered in the Mining Project Registry of the Directorate of Mining and are being developed by CanCambria Exploración S.A., in accordance with the environmental and mining legislation in force in the Province of Mendoza.
Date, Format and Venue of the Public Hearing
The Public Hearing will be held on December 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., under a hybrid format, allowing participation both virtually via the ZOOM web platform and in person at the Thesaurus Convention and Exhibition Center, located on Avenida San Martín, Pasaje La Ortegüina, in the city of Malargüe, Mendoza.
The call is open to any natural or legal person, public or private, who demonstrates a reasonable interest—whether individual or collective—directly or indirectly related to the project.
Registration and Participation
Online registration to participate in the Public Hearing will be open until December 18, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., through the following official Government of Mendoza link:https://ticketsform.mendoza.gov.ar/ticketsform/com.tickets.responderformulario?AUDIENCIA_POTASIO_CANCAMBRIA
In-person registrations and written submissions will also be accepted on the day of the hearing, up to one hour prior to the start of the event and subject to venue capacity.
Participants attending virtually who wish to speak must identify themselves in accordance with the requirements established by the Mining Environmental Authority, turning on audio and video and presenting their identification document.
Access to Environmental Information
All technical and environmental documentation related to the project is available for public consultation on the official Government of Mendoza websites.
In addition, the information may be consulted in person at the Directorate of Mining and the Directorate of Environmental Management and Oversight in the city of Mendoza, as well as at the offices of both agencies located in the city of Malargüe, during established administrative business hours.
Proposals, observations, documentary evidence, and other submissions may be sent in advance to the official email address of the Mining Environmental Authority: audienciasmineria@mendoza.gov.ar, or submitted in physical format on the day of the Public Hearing.
